He is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer at KELIX bio, a buy-and-build specialty generic business focused on Emerging Markets. He serves as a non-executive director at Bio-nAbler, an alternative investment focused on life sciences. Prior to this role, Hocine was the CEO of Axantia Holding, a PE backed branded generics business focused on Emerging Markets. Earlier, Hocine spent over 25 years at Pfizer, UCB and Moksha8 in key executive roles including EVP for Asia and MENA, SVP for Emerging Markets and Managing Director for India and Indonesia among others. Hocine served as a non-executive director on the board Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Ltd between 2009 and 2014.

RAJIV NAKANI
Director
He brings over two decades of international exposure in alternative asset management, corporate finance and investment banking along with a solid experience in prolific deal-making and exit events in the Middle East and South Asia regions. Rajiv served as Managing Partner for a regional asset management company, where he managed PE and real estate funds with over US$ 2bn in capital, driving growth and turn-around initiatives in portfolio companies. Rajiv currently serves as the Group Finance Director at KELIX bio and is a Managing Partner at Xebec Venture Holdings. Rajiv has been a CFA charter holder since 2001.

Sriram is the founder and CEO of PrimaCision. Sriram is a seasoned business professional who has held leadership roles in various industries across MENA with multinationals, such as Schlumberger, Johnson & Johnson and Actavis. Sriram has over 20 years of experience, providing financial leadership in building, growing and advising businesses in the region. Sriram is a also a board member at BHMC.

An accomplished professional who has held senior management positions in national healthcare giants, such as Ranbaxy, Sun Pharma and Dr Lal PathLabs is guiding BHMC navigate its growth path by aligning its services to the needs of the Indian/regional market, its niches and segments.
KANNAN PERUMAL
Co Founder and Director
A multi-faceted healthcare professional who managed business development, key deliverables and operations in international healthcare companies, such as Eli Lily, Pfizer and Quest Diagnostics, brings his varied experience and skills to the BHMC management. Prior to BHMC, Kannan was the Regional Head for Nightingales Home Health Services.
