Director
He is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer at KELIX bio, a buy-and-build specialty generic business focused on Emerging Markets. He serves as a non-executive director at Bio-nAbler, an alternative investment focused on life sciences. Prior to this role, Hocine was the CEO of Axantia Holding, a PE backed branded generics business focused on Emerging Markets. Earlier, Hocine spent over 25 years at Pfizer, UCB and Moksha8 in key executive roles including EVP for Asia and MENA, SVP for Emerging Markets and Managing Director for India and Indonesia among others. Hocine served as a non-executive director on the board Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Ltd between 2009 and 2014.

A seasoned business professional who has held senior management and leadership roles in various industries across India, far East and MENA in multinationals, such as Pfizer, Wanbury, etc., before laying the foundation for Repelta. His vision and guidance has led Repelta on a sustainable growth path.
ALHADI ALWAZIR
Board Member
Alhadi is the Co-Founder and Chief strategy officer in Kelix Bio and is also Director of Celon Laboratories. He graduated in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Maryland, College Park in 1991 and is an MBA from the Georgetown University, Washington DC (1995).
Alhadi was a recipient of the Aerospace Department Academic Achievement, the Robert M. Rivello Scholarship, and the Summer Senior Scholarship Awards in the field of Composite Structures. He has worked for STX Hughes at NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Centre. He was associated with Société Générale’s derivatives and financial products group as a financial engineer, and with Eastgate Capital Group as an equity partner focused on infrastructure and life science related investments. He is an active early stage investor in several technology and life science companies.

An accomplished professional who has held senior management positions in national healthcare giants, such as Ranbaxy, Sun Pharma and Dr Lal PathLabs is guiding Repelta navigate its growth path by aligning its services to the needs of the Indian/regional market, its niches and segments.
RAJIV NAKANI
Director
He brings over two decades of international exposure in alternative asset management, corporate finance and investment banking along with a solid experience in prolific deal-making and exit events in the Middle East and South Asia regions. Rajiv served as Managing Partner for a regional asset management company, where he managed PE and real estate funds with over US$ 2bn in capital, driving growth and turn-around initiatives in portfolio companies. Rajiv currently serves as the Group Finance Director at KELIX bio and is a Managing Partner at Xebec Venture Holdings. Rajiv has been a CFA charter holder since 2001.
KANNAN PERUMAL
Co Founder and Director
A multi-faceted healthcare professional who managed business development, key deliverables and operations in international healthcare companies, such as Eli Lily, Pfizer and Quest Diagnostics, brings his varied experience and skills to the Repelta management. Prior to Repelta, Kannan was the Regional Head for Nightingales Home Health Services.

Sriram is an experienced business professional who has held senior management and leadership roles in various industries across MENA in multinational companies, such as Schlumberger, Johnson & Johnson, Actavis, etc., A results-driven corporate professional with 20+ years of experience, providing financial leadership in building, growing and advising business units through strategic planning ,continuous evaluation of opportunities, risks and productivity, hands-on approach, active collaboration and business partnering with key stakeholders.
